Among the issues discussed were the reports about the merger of the Bank, status of restructured accounts, proper marketing of the FOREX Card of the J&K Bank, need for support to our Horticulture Sector, problems faced by artisans on account of the Artisan Credit Card Loan scheme, specialized products for Global promotion of Tourism through J&K Bank Branches,  supporting products for Tour and Travel operators, working capital stress on the General Trade Sector etc. The Chairman stated that the RBI had clarified about the news reports regarding the merger of the bank. He welcomed the suggestion about promotion of the tourism sector through various branches of the Bank and said that the idea of providing customized products for its employees and clients would be further explored.
